The standard price for a set of lined pencil pleat curtains is £45 per drop (one drop is half or one width of fabric) up to a maximum window depth of 1.8m (windows over 1.8m depth will be £55 per drop). Use my measuring guide to determine your curtain size requirements.
Interlined pencil pleat curtains for a window up to 1.8m depth will be £55 per drop (over 1.8m it is £65 per drop). Interlining is an additional layer of thicker fabric between curtain facing fabric and the lining to add extra insulation for larger or cooler rooms that need a little help keeping the heat in.
If you need me to source lining or interlining fabric I will provide you with a quote for these along with the quote for making up the curtains.
Threads, heading tape, weights and curtain hooks are all included in the make up costs. There are three choices of curtain hook, white plastic, chrome plated or brass plated, all of which I can show you along with samples of the lining fabric choices (white, almond, ivory or blackout).
Other curtain headings available include metal eyelets, double or triple pinch pleat and box pleat to name but a few.
Roman blinds, including all the items used in building a fully lined and interlined child safe chain operated roman blind (but not including face fabric) will be £175 per blind – up to a width of 1.2m. Anything wider than 1.2m please ask for a quote. All my blinds are interlined which helps give a smoother softer finish, this is included in the basic cost along with your choice of linings.
